3050 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 3050's services. By registering for or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3050 platform — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we operate — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of 3050's services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible under the laws of their jurisdiction to participate in online entertainment activities. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
Account Creation & Security
To access 3050's full range of services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 3050 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 3050 support team immediately by email at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 3050 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Cheating, impersonating another person, or providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Sharing your account or allowing any other party to use your account for any reason.
- Engaging in any activity that could disrupt the stability, security, or performance of the platform.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits or transactions on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and appropriate legal action at 3050's discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 3050 supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 3050 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your deposit, unless otherwise permitted by 3050. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing timeframes, are subject to the current policy stated in your account section. 3050 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals for compliance and security purposes.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 3050 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3050 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical outages, internet connectivity failures, or system errors.
3050 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, system upgrades, or other actions that may temporarily affect service availability, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3050 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, page layouts, and software — is the property of 3050 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 3050.

The 3050 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that 3050 endorses or takes responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. You access third-party links at your own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
3050 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, the use of multiple accounts, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 3050's discretion, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting 3050's customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Changes to Terms
3050 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-account notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the 3050 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under applicable law.
